When will my package arrive? How do track my order?

Your order ships out 2-3 days after your billing cycle date. For example if you started your monthly plan on the 10th, your order will ship between the 10th and the 13th. We supply you a tracking number for each package when it is shipped.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

Absolutely. We will pro-rate your existing subscription for a higher or lower level subscription. If you are a month to month subscriber simply cancel your current plan and select another.

What if I have a problem with my order?

No problem, simply contact us and we'll make it right.

What are my payment options?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, E-Check.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. If you are a month to month subscriber simply cancel your subscription through your PayPal account. We will also pro-rate and refund any subscriptions if you are unsatisfied. Gift subscriptions are not refundable.

Do I have to have a PayPal account?

No. You can use paypal if you choose or any major credit card for our 3,6 or 12 month subscriptions. Month to month subscriptions require a paypal account.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes! We use PayPal as our transaction processor. PayPal is one of the safest ways to send money online!

Do you ship out of the US?

Perhaps. There are restrictions on some countries and shipping is not free for out of the country subscribers. Please contact us for details if you live outside the US.

How are my toys shipped?

We ship with the United States Postal Service. Every package receives a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment door to door.
